A message from our president, Dr. Donna L. Hopstetter:

We regret to inform you that NESHAP (Northeastern Speech-Language-Hearing
Association of Pennsylvania) will no longer be a regional chapter of PSHA (Pennsylvania
Speech-Language-Hearing Association). It has been an honor to be a member of NESHAP
and to serve on the Executive Council for so many years.

Your membership and attendance at our workshops, along with your desire for professional
growth and development and the selfless service to others is the reason NESHAP was a
success for innumerable years. We are honored to have been able to bring you countless
workshops and to be an agent that has supported your professional growth. Please know,
you are the reason NESHAP was successful and we appreciate your involvement and
support through those years.

We encourage everyone to continue their membership in and to support PSHA. Our state
organization helps to advocate for us within our field including laws and regulations that
support our work in the field. Your involvement in our state organization is crucial to the
continued progress and advancements in our field.
We will currently continue to keep this page open for networking purposes. Hopefully in the
future if increased need or interest arises we can recommence NESHAP, our regional
chapter of PSHA.
